Structured, Transparent, and Clearly Defined
From initial enquiry to completed engagement - our facilitation process is built on clear roles, formal agreements, and licensed execution partners.
From Enquiry to Execution
A structured process to move from initial interest to a completed engagement - with clear roles at every stage.
Understand Buyer Requirements
We begin by understanding the buyer's product specifications, volume requirements, delivery expectations, and commercial preferences.
Identify & Vet Suppliers
We identify suitable suppliers from our network - verifying credentials, assessing capability, and confirming product availability and export readiness.
Align Commercial Terms
We facilitate alignment of pricing, delivery terms (Incoterms), payment conditions, and documentation requirements between buyer and supplier.
Structured Introduction
We introduce the parties under a structured commercial framework, with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and engagement terms.
Transaction Support
We remain available throughout the transaction to support communication, resolve queries, and ensure alignment between parties.
Relationship Continuity
Beyond the first transaction, we support repeat engagements, pricing reviews, and relationship stability between established partners.
Our Facilitation Framework
We operate within a strict facilitation framework. All trade execution, regulatory filings, and compliance obligations remain with the respective licensed parties.
Facilitation Framework
We operate within a clearly defined facilitation framework. Our role is limited to commercial coordination - identifying counterparties, aligning terms, and structuring engagements.
Key Points
- No ownership or title to goods at any stage
- No direct involvement in customs clearance or regulatory filings
- No inventory holding or warehousing
- All trade execution rests with licensed parties
Documentation Support
We support documentation alignment between buyers and suppliers - ensuring commercial clarity, specification accuracy, and structured communication.

- Commercial terms alignment and documentation support
- Specification and requirement documentation
- Transaction structure and agreement frameworks
- Communication records and engagement tracking
Compliance Responsibility
All regulatory filings, export/import compliance obligations, product certifications, and safety documentation are the responsibility of the respective licensed exporters, importers, manufacturers, and logistics providers.

- Export clearance and customs - responsibility of licensed exporter
- Transport regulations (IMDG, ADR) - responsibility of logistics provider

Common Incoterms in Our Engagements
Standard international trade terms commonly used in the transactions we facilitate. The specific term is agreed between buyer and supplier.
The buyer takes responsibility for the goods from the supplier's premises. The supplier makes goods available for collection, and the buyer arranges all transport and clearance.
The supplier delivers the goods on board the vessel at the named port of shipment, handling export clearance. The buyer takes responsibility once goods are loaded.
The supplier delivers goods on board the vessel and pays for freight and minimum insurance to the destination port. Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are loaded.
Incoterms are agreed between buyer and supplier as part of the commercial terms. HarborLine Global supports alignment of these terms but does not act as the seller or buyer in the transaction.
How Trade Execution Works
Our facilitation model is built on clear separation between our commercial coordination role and the physical trade execution carried out by licensed parties.
We Facilitate, Not Execute
Our role is commercial coordination. All physical trade execution - including manufacturing, logistics, customs clearance, and delivery - is carried out by the licensed parties.
Documentation Alignment
We support alignment of commercial documentation between parties. All regulatory filings, export documentation, and compliance certificates are the responsibility of licensed exporters.
Licensed Partners
All exports are executed by licensed manufacturers or export houses. Logistics are handled by licensed transporters and freight forwarders with established track records.
Gujarat Port Network
Our supplier and logistics partner network primarily operates through Gujarat ports - Mundra and Kandla (Deendayal Port) - providing efficient access to Middle Eastern and African markets.
